The Knowtifier

Delivering on the promise of Act! automation

The Knowtifier enhances customer engagement by sending out alerts for significant events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and renewal or expiration dates through Act!. It’s designed to initiate email notifications based on date fields in contacts, opportunities, and even custom tables within Act!

Beyond a one-time alert, the Knowtifier allows for the setup of sequential notifications from the same date field, providing a series of reminders leading up to the important date. For instance, it’s possible to arrange for a series of reminders at 1-month, 3-weeks, 2-weeks, and 1-week intervals before a renewal date, boosting the likelihood of customer action.

The Knowtifier can also log these notifications in the contact’s History, include the user in these communications, and generate tasks in Act! for the user to engage with the notified individuals. And the best part is, once the date is updated with a successful, the "knowtifications" stop until the next year.

Additionally, the Knowtifier can be configured to send meeting alerts to all participants, deliver automated reports, remind admins when users haven't synced their databases, and even initiate workflow sequences that trigger off field changes in Act! (eg., create an activity when the ID status changes from prospects to customer).
